Dear Friends,
As you are all aware Aggregate Revenue Requirement (A.R.R) for the year 2010-2011 has been filed and a proposal to hike tariff has been submitted by ED. D&NH , An public hearing was organized by the adjudicating authority The JERC on 17/08/2010. DNHIA has made an well studied presentation to the commission. The best of efforts has been put forward and further whatever it needs more to preserve interest of the members will be done, as per the provision available in law.
Hon. Chairman of JERC Shri Garg and Commission member shri Sharma gave a patient hearing and opportunity to all objectors, DNHIA has utilized this opportunity to rightly voice your concerns and pointed lacunas and inconsistencies in the A.R.R, I am Sure as our objection petition yielded admissions from the petitioners on certain accounts our presentation will too hold and I am hopeful that Hon. Commission will determine fair tariff.
